Custom luxury velvet cloth bodies...Coming soon!

I have always used the same cloth bodies that other Reborn artists used. I do like them and it saved me sewing time too. However, I always found myself making a few sewing alterations to fit each slightly different sized heads, or shoulders that seemed too broad after adding arm joints. Now that I'm able to devote much more time to the dolls, I decided to make the cloth bodies myself. I also decided if Im going to make them they will need to be better. Otherwise, why bother and just buy the cloth bodies already sewn.

So, I am making my next Reborn with a very soft velvety fabric in either cream or brown. I will also be adding the rotating joints to each one.

Since this slight deter from painting my dolls I ordered more paint supplies in the meantime. I should have a few luxury velvet soft bodies ready soon, then I'll be back to painting dolls.
